Preparations underway for groundbreaking of 150-ha industrial park in western Hai Phong

Hai Phong will hold groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies for 13 works and projects this December 19, in line with nationwide activities, to celebrate the 79th anniversary of National Resistance Day (December 19, 1946 – 2025) and the 14th National Party Congress.
The project to build Luong Dien – Ngoc Lien industrial park is one of the projects selected for groundbreaking. Preparations for the ceremony have basically been completed, ensuring conditions for the event to be held as scheduled.
The project covers an area of about 150 ha, with total investment of more than 1.764 trillion VND.
The project investor is focusing on building a synchronized technical infrastructure system from April 2025 to December 2026. By the 2nd quarter of 2026, the industrial park is expected to have cleared land ready for handover to enterprises for factory construction.
With a strategic location bordering National Highways 38 and 5, providing convenient connectivity between Ha Noi, Hai Phong, Bac Ninh and major economic centers, Luong Dien – Ngoc Lien industrial park is expected to create a new driving force for investment attraction, expand industrial development space, and make an important contribution to the socio-economic development of Cam Giang commune in particular and Hai Phong city in general.
