Hai Phong ready to break ground on projects marking 14th National Party Congress
Hai Phong is ready to hold groundbreaking ceremonies for a number of projects to celebrate the 14th National Party Congress across the city.
Vice Chairmen of the Hai Phong People’s Committee Le Trung Kien and Tran Van Quan on December 17 inspected preparations for the organization of groundbreaking ceremonies for several projects marking the 14th National Party Congress in the city.
Specifically, Kien inspected the project to invest in infrastructure connecting stations and station squares under the project to build Lao Cai – Ha Noi – Hai Phong railway and the project to build emergency, technical and para-clinical blocks, technical and para-clinical and inpatient blocks, examination, administration, technical and inpatient blocks of Hai Duong General Hospital.
Meanwhile, Quan inspected the project to build a mixed-use complex at lot 1.14/CTHH-01 - a 41-storey commercial service and apartment building in Bac Song Cam new urban area, Thuy Nguyen ward; the project to build a logistics service center, a petroleum and cargo terminal, petroleum storage and a commercial service area; and the project to construct An Phu industrial cluster.
The vice chairmen acknowledged and highly appreciated the preparations of relevant units and localities. Stressing that the projects selected for groundbreaking on this occasion are all of great importance and will serve as drivers for the city’s socio-economic development, the leaders required the preparations for the ceremonies to be thorough, solemn and safe, commensurate with the scale of the event, and creating a strong and widespread impact among the public.
