11 broadcast sites for groundbreaking and inauguration of major projects
Hai Phong city will commence and inaugurate 13 works and projects to celebrate the 79th anniversary of National Resistance Day and the 14th National Party Congress.
Many major works and projects nationwide will be inaugurated or commenced on December 19 to celebrate the 79th anniversary of National Resistance Day (December 19, 1946 – 2025) and the 14th National Party Congress with 79 online and live broadcast sites nationwide on Vietnam Television, including two in Hai Phong city.
The first site is the inauguration ceremony of several works under a social housing project within Trang Due urban, commercial service, and workers’ housing project in An Duong ward. The project covers a total area of 31,369 m2, including social and workers’ housing with 2,538 apartments in 10 buildings. Total investment amounts to 1.6 trillion VND.
The second site is the groundbreaking ceremony for three interchanges of Le Hong Phong – Nguyen Trai, Bui Vien – Le Hong Phong, and Bui Vien – Vo Nguyen Giap streets, to be held in An Bien ward, Le Chan district. The three interchanges have a total investment of 2.335 trillion VND.
The Hai Phong People’s Committee has agreed to select 13 works and projects across the city for groundbreaking and inauguration, with a total of 11 broadcast sites.

In addition to the two sites connected with the Central authorities, the remaining nine sites are located at the following works and projects:
- Groundbreaking of a project to invest in infrastructure connecting stations and station squares under a project to build Lao Cai – Ha Noi – Hai Phong railway. The location is the access road to Nam Hai Duong station in Yet Kieu and Gia Loc communes.
- Groundbreaking of a project to build a mixed-use complex at lot 1.14/CTHH-01 (component project No. 01: construction of a 41-storey commercial service and apartment building) in Bac Song Cam new urban area, Thuy Nguyen ward.
- Groundbreaking of a project to construct and trade in the infrastructure of Luong Dien – Ngoc Lien industrial park in Cam Giang commune.
- Groundbreaking of An Tho industrial cluster in An Hung commune.
- Groundbreaking of An Phu industrial cluster in Tran Lieu and Kinh Mon wards.
- Groundbreaking of Dung Tien – Giang Bien industrial cluster in Vinh Thuan commune.
- Groundbreaking of a housing construction project in alley 226 Le Lai street, Ngo Quyen ward.
- Groundbreaking of a project to construct new buildings for emergency services, technical operations and para-clinical services; technical operations, para-clinical services and inpatient treatment; examination, administration, technical operations and inpatient treatment at Hai Duong General Hospital in Le Thanh Nghi ward.
- Groundbreaking of a project to build a logistics service center, a petroleum and cargo terminal, petroleum storage and a commercial service area, covering an area of 37.17 ha, with a total investment of nearly 1.989 trillion VND, in Nguyen Dai Nang ward.
