Over 1,000 young people join career counseling fair
The Career Counseling, Vocational Education and Job Introduction Fair has created a platform connecting young people with businesses and vocational training institutions.

The Hai Phong Youth Union organized the 2025 Career Counseling, Vocational Education and Job Introduction Fair for young people on December 14 at the city Youth Cultural and Sports Palace.
The event attracted 25 booths from enterprises and organizations operating in fields such as mechanics, garment and textile, electricity and electronics, construction, F&B, maritime services and education, including Sin Joo Bo, Maple, Regina Miracle, Lite On, Grand Ocean Land, Amecc and Azurewave Technologies.

At the booths, young people received recruitment consultations, job introductions and career orientation advice, as well as information on training programs, internships and attractive employment opportunities across various sectors.
Within the framework of the fair, officials from the Hai Phong Employment Service Center provided information on current employment policies, labor market developments in Vietnam and abroad, and career orientation for Youth Union members and young people.

At the seminar themed “Connecting Gen Z with the future of careers,” leaders of enterprises, human resources experts and exemplary young startups exchanged views and shared experiences. Speakers analyzed employment trends, future skills and personal positioning in the context of international integration.
The fair also offered young people and students opportunities to experience occupations and technology products, along with guidance on safe driving skills and free motorbike oil changes provided by Head Hong Phat.

The event helped support young people in accessing job opportunities while enabling businesses to seek young, high-quality human resources.
