Disadvantaged students presented with bicycles

The Hai Phong Red Cross Society and Prudential Vietnam Assurance Private Ltd. have jointly presented 29 bicycles to disadvantaged students with good academic performance.

29 bicycles are presented to students from the three localities by the Red Cross Society and the sponsor.

The Hai Phong Red Cross Society and Prudential Vietnam Assurance Private Ltd. jointly presented bicycles to disadvantaged, high-achieving students across the city on December 14 at Dang Giang Primary School in Gia Vien ward.

At the event, 29 bicycles were handed over to students living in difficult circumstances in the wards of Gia Vien (15 bicycles), Ngo Quyen (7), and Le Chan (7). The total value of the program was 50 million VND.

The bicycle donations help encourage students to continue overcoming difficulties, studying well, and striving forward in life.

Over the past years, Prudential Vietnam has consistently partnered with the city Red Cross Society in charitable activities, supporting vulnerable and disadvantaged cases to help underprivileged children overcome difficulties, excel in their studies, and strive forward in life.
