Hai Phong has received one million administrative procedure dossiers, ranking second nationwide in the index of services for citizens and businesses.
Hai Phong has received one million administrative procedure dossiers since the merger with Hai Duong province and the implementation of the two-tier local government model.
The city ranked second among 34 provinces and cities nationwide in the index of services for citizens and businesses on the National Public Service Portal. Bac Ninh came first.
Seven out of 12 departments and agencies under the city People’s Committee scored 90.5 points or higher; the remaining departments scored from 80.71 to below 90.5 points. All 114 communes, wards, and special zones scored 91.64 points or higher.
As reported, from July 1 to November 14, the city received 1,012,243 administrative procedure dossiers.
Among them, 833,248 were submitted online (82.3%), 996,220 were processed (more than 98.4%), 6,145 were overdue (0.6%), and 28,037 are being processed.
