280 disadvantaged women presented with health insurance cards
By November, the Hai Phong Social Security had received nearly 800 million VND in donations, equivalent to more than 630 health insurance cards.
The Hai Phong Social Security has held a program to receive donations and funding and present health insurance cards to disadvantaged residents in 2025, aiming to bring a warm 2026 Tet (Lunar New Year) to the poor.
At the program, the leadership of the Hai Phong Social Security received donations and financial support from Vietcombank Hai Phong, Vietcombank Hai Duong, Agribank Hai Duong, Hai Phong Post Office, etc.
From the financial support contributed by these organizations and enterprises, the Hai Phong Social Security presented 280 health insurance cards to disadvantaged women in communes, wards and special zones of the city.
By November, the Hai Phong Social Security had received nearly 800 million VND, equivalent to more than 630 health insurance cards with 12-month validity, donated by agencies, units and individuals. This contribution is not only material support but also a source of encouragement, helping disadvantaged women ease the burden of medical expenses, overcome immediate difficulties and gradually stabilize their lives.
The companionship of banks, enterprises, benefactors and social organizations serves as motivation for the Hai Phong Social Security to continue pursuing the goal of universal health insurance, ensuring social security and “leaving no one behind.”
