Nearly 8 billion VND donated to support flood-hit central, Central Highland regions
Through the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hai Phong city, many businesses, units and localities have conveyed their affection and support for people in central and Central Highland regions.

On November 26 and 27, at the headquarters of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Committee of Hai Phong city, Nguyen Duc Tuan, Standing Vice Chairman of the committee, received more than 6 billion VND in donations from businesses, units and localities to help people in central and Central Highland regions recover from storm and flood damage.
Specifically, Dai An JSC. and Doji Group each donated 1 billion VND; SHP Group contributed 500 million VND; the Party Committee, authorities and residents of Vinh Lai commune donated 280 million VND; Region III Customs Branch contributed 250 million VND; etc.

On behalf of the Standing Board of the VFF Committee of Hai Phong, Standing Vice Chairman Nguyen Duc Tuan expressed appreciation for the compassion and sharing shown by officials and residents of localities as well as employees of units and businesses. This meaningful support provides timely encouragement to people in disaster-hit areas, helping them overcome difficulties and soon stabilize their lives, Tuan said.
By 6 pm on November 27, through both direct and online contributions, the city VFF Committee had received about 7.9 billion VND in donations for people in the central and Central Highland regions.

The committee will regularly update and publicly report detailed donation figures and promptly transfer the funds to residents in storm- and flood-affected areas, ensuring transparency and proper allocation.
