500 trade union members, workers, and relatives in Hai Phong to receive free cataract surgery

To better support trade union members and workers, the Hai Phong Labor Confederation is coordinating with Ha Noi – Hai Phong Eye Hospital to provide ophthalmological healthcare.
An estimated 500 trade union members, workers, and their relatives, including their parents and parents-in-law, who have cataracts and are indicated for cataract replacement, with priority given to families in difficult circumstances, and who use health insurance will receive free cataract surgery using the Phaco method.
Participants will also receive several benefits, including a nutritious lunch, post-surgery medication, follow-up examinations after surgery, protective glasses, and a free follow-up package valid for six months.
The program takes place in November and December 2025.
