Hai Phong to jointly develop seaport, airport, logistics, industrial complex
The proposal by CTP Invest Ltd. and KinhBac City Development Holding Corporation to cooperate in developing an integrated seaport, airport, logistics and industrial complex reflects a broad vision consistent with Hai Phong’s development orientation.
Chairman of the Hai Phong People’s Committee Le Ngoc Chau chaired a working session with senior leaders of KinhBac City Development Holding Corporation (KBC) and CTP Invest Ltd. on November 19 on cooperation in developing an integrated seaport, airport, logistics and industrial complex.
Chau highly appreciated the cooperation between a major European investor with capital, technology, and a global customer ecosystem, and a domestic investor with capacity and strong local understanding. This cooperation will form a strategic and high-quality partnership for Hai Phong.
The chairman particularly hailed the proposal by CTP Invest Ltd. and KBC to cooperate in developing an integrated seaport, airport, logistics and industrial complex which demonstrates a broad vision, comes at the right time, and aligns with Hai Phong’s development direction.
Regarding the projects of CTP Invest Ltd., the city will establish a special working group to support the enterprise in completing investment procedures in the quickest and most favorable way.
Remon Vos, Chief Executive Officer of CTP Invest Ltd., and Dang Thanh Tam, Chairman of the Board of Directors of KBC, expressed strong impressions of Hai Phong’s advantages, potential, infrastructure development pace, investment attraction, and impressive economic growth over the past time.
The enterprises expressed the desire to cooperate comprehensively with the city in areas aligned with Hai Phong’s development orientation in the coming period.
Remon Vos said he had conducted surveys in many localities across the country before deciding to choose Hai Phong for investment. He also witnessed Hai Phong successfully organize the ABAC III and the 2025 investment promotion conference, which demonstrates the city’s potential, development opportunities, and attractiveness to investors, especially international ones.
With its experience in successfully developing many projects around the world, CTP Invest Ltd. hopes to serve as a bridge between Hai Phong and major global corporations and enterprises operating in the fields of interest to the city, such as high technology, semiconductor industry, and logistics.
At the working session, leaders of the city People’s Committee and the enterprises agreed to coordinate in accelerating the implementation of projects in the city in the coming period.
In the immediate term, Remon Vos of CTP Invest Ltd will implement a 30-hectare infrastructure and factory construction project in Trang Due 3 industrial park within Dinh Vu – Cat Hai Economic Zone in 2026.
