Tien Lang airport industrial park (zone B) set to break ground on Dec 19
Vice Chairman of the Hai Phong People’s Committee Le Trung Kien has required the investor to prepare the necessary conditions to break ground on Tien Lang airport industrial park (zone B) on December 19.

Vice Chairman of the Hai Phong People’s Committee Le Trung Kien had a field survey and held a meeting on November 17 to review the progress of site clearance and implementation of the projects to build and trade in the infrastructure of Tien Lang airport industrial park (IP) (zone B) in Chan Hung commune, Tran Duong – Hoa Binh IP (zone A) in Nguyen Binh Khiem commune; and Tien Thanh IP in Tien Lang and Tan Minh communes.
Vice Chairman of the city People’s Committee Le Trung Kien emphasized that these are three projects of significant importance in promoting local and municipal socio-economic development.

Kien asked the localities to actively coordinate with relevant departments, sectors and units in the coming period to accelerate site clearance and project implementation to ensure progress and planning. He urged stronger communication and mobilization for site clearance through flexible and effective solutions, and enhancing accurate information about the new land price list to avoid hesitation among residents.
Regarding the project to build and trade in the infrastructure of Tien Lang airport IP (zone B), the Vice Chairman of the city People’s Committee required the investor to complete necessary procedures to break ground on December 19. Chan Hung commune People’s Committee must hand over 50 ha of cleared land before December 30 and submit the resettlement construction plan next week as the basis for site clearance.

For Tran Duong – Hoa Binh IP (zone A) in Nguyen Binh Khiem commune, the Vice Chairman requested the locality to urgently approve the land price in November and hand over the land before January 30, 2026, striving to start construction at the beginning of the Year of the Horse 2026.
He also requested the investor of the Tien Thanh IP infrastructure project to accelerate implementation to ensure progress as approved.

He assigned the Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority to urge and closely monitor the progress of these projects.
