Song Huong Company to build 30-ha Green River residential area
The Hai Phong People’s Committee has selected the investor to implement the Green River residential area construction project, with a total investment of over 1,076 billion VND.
The Green River residential project is located on 29.99 ha of land in Ai Quoc ward and Ha Bac commune, Hai Phong city.
The investor, Song Huong Real Estate Investment JSC., is tasked with developing multiple technical infrastructure components, including site leveling and building of internal roads, parking areas, drainage systems, etc. Notably, the investor will build two bridges across the Huong river, connecting the residential area with provincial road 390B.
On 8.2 ha of residential land, the investor will build 43 adjacent houses and one garden house, completed to the structural and exterior stages, with the remaining area designated for land plots. The project’s central area will feature two nine-storey commercial and service buildings, serving as architectural highlights and providing amenities for residents.
The project’s preliminary investment capital totals more than 1,076 billion VND, including more than 215 billion VND of equity, with the remainder mobilized from other lawful sources.
The site is considered to have strong potential as it sits among major transport routes: the north borders the Huong river and provincial road 390B; the south borders the river and an existing residential area; the east borders provincial road 390B; and the west borders Ai Quoc ward.
Green River residential area will be developed under a modern urban model with synchronized technical and social infrastructure, contributing to riverfront landscaping, strengthening links with surrounding areas, increasing budget revenues, and promoting local socio-economic development.
