Hai Phong aims to commence four industrial clusters on Dec 19
Standing Vice Chairman of the Hai Phong People’s Committee Le Anh Quan has required relevant units to urgently remove obstacles, complete legal procedures and strive to start construction of four industrial clusters on December 19 to mark the 14th National Party Congress.

Standing Vice Chairman of the Hai Phong People’s Committee Le Anh Quan inspected and heard reports on the progress of technical infrastructure construction projects for An Tho, Chien Thang, Dung Tien – Giang Bien and An Phu industrial clusters on November 1.
During the field inspection of the infrastructure construction for An Phu industrial cluster in Tran Lieu and Kinh Mon wards, the Quan asked relevant units to promptly remove obstacles, complete legal procedures, and strive to break ground on the industrial clusters on December 19 to celebrate the 14th National Party Congress.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the city People’s Committee required the investors of An Tho and An Phu industrial cluster projects to urgently coordinate with localities and relevant departments, mobilize resources, and resolve outstanding issues related to land allocation, site clearance, environment, fire prevention and control, and environmental impact assessment to ensure conditions for groundbreaking as planned.
The Department of Industry and Trade was assigned to urge and guide localities to complete procedures, remove difficulties, accelerate progress, and put the industrial clusters into operation soon to effectively attract investment.

The department will also review all 80 industrial clusters with a total area of more than 4,000 ha across the city regarding planning conformity, environment, security and order, and land-use efficiency.
Relevant departments and sectors will guide and urge localities and investors to ensure progress and State management requirements, contributing to promoting investment attraction and private economic development.
