98.6% of administrative dossiers in Hai Phong processed on or ahead of schedule
By the end of October, Hai Phong had processed 98.59% of administrative dossiers on or ahead of schedule, out of a total of more than 73,324 cases.

According to a report by the Office of the Hai Phong People’s Committee on administrative reform, control, and processing of administrative procedures, the city achieved a 98.59% on-time or early completion rate, with more than 73,324 out of 74,371 dossiers finalized by the end of October.
Among them, departments, boards, and sectors recorded a 90.04% on-time or early completion rate (over 9,105 out of 10,112 dossiers). 10 out of 12 units achieved a 100% rate. Five departments, namely Home Affairs, Construction, Education and Training, Science and Technology, and Health, handled the largest number of dossiers, all with 100% completed on or before the deadline.
At the commune, ward, and special zone levels, the on-time or early completion rate reached 99.94% (64,219 out of 64,259 dossiers). 93 out of 114 units achieved a 100% rate. Five localities with the highest number of dossiers received and processed, Le Chan, Gia Vien, An Bien, Ngo Quyen wards and Quyet Thang commune, all recorded a 100% on-time or early completion rate.
