Nam Dinh Vu sea dyke building basically completed
The completion and operation of Nam Dinh Vu sea dyke will contribute to disaster prevention and control and protection of lives and property in Dinh Vu – Cat Hai economic zone of Hai Phong.

The construction of Nam Dinh Vu sea dyke, part of Dinh Vu – Cat Hai economic zone, has been basically completed.
Scheduled for implementation between 2011 and 2025, the project is managed by the Management Board of Urban, Economic Zone, and Industrial Park Infrastructure Construction Investment Projects. The total investment in the project is nearly 2.3 trillion VND, sourced from Central and municipal budgets and other legitimate sources, including enterprise contributions.
Nam Dinh Vu sea dyke is 12,769 m long, starting from point K2+253 (based on the first adjusted alignment) and ending at K15+022, where it connects with Tan Vu – Lach Huyen road. The total land area used is 77.07 ha.
Once put into use, the project will strengthen disaster prevention and control, ensure safety for people and property operated by domestic and foreign organizations in Dinh Vu, and foster sustainable development of Dinh Vu – Cat Hai economic zone while ensuring national defense and security in Hai Phong’s coastal areas.
