Road linking Giang Bien industrial cluster to national highway 10 set for 2025 completion
The construction of a road linking Giang Bien industrial cluster in Hai Phong to national highway 10, once completed, will help ensure traffic safety and promote local socio-economic development.
By October 31, 95% of the construction volume of a road connecting Giang Bien industrial cluster in Vinh Thuan commune to national highway 10 had been completed, according to the Vinh Bao Project Management Board.
The contractor finished upgrading and expanding the 700-m road section from national highway 10 to Giang Bien industrial cluster, including sidewalks, lighting, road surface drainage, box culverts, residential drainage, and embankments along the adjacent Dong Ngu canal.
The remaining work, involving the construction of an intersection with national highway 10 and acceleration and deceleration lanes, is expected to be completed in 2025.
Once completed and put into operation, the road will connect national highway 10 with Giang Bien, Dung Tien – Giang Bien, and Tan Lien industrial clusters in Vinh Bao commune, helping improve traffic safety and drive local socio-economic development.
