Hai Phong to host largest-ever job counseling festival

The first Job and Social Housing Counseling Festival 2025 will take place over three days, from December 5 to 7, at the Viet Tiep Friendship Labor Cultural Palace in Hai Phong.

The Hai Phong Confederation of Labor held a meeting on October 31 to coordinate preparations for the first Job and Social Housing Counseling Festival 2025.

This is the first time the festival will be organized on such a large scale, lasting several days and involving cooperation among multiple units.

Within the framework of the event, the organizers and participating units will offer job counseling, introduce social housing projects, provide medical check-ups, host a blood donation drive, and organize art performances. The festival is expected to attract a large number of workers, trade union members, students, and local residents.

The event aims to expand multidimensional connections among management agencies, trade unions, enterprises, and social housing investors, thereby promoting the development of both the labor and social housing markets. It also seeks to enhance the role of trade unions in supporting and protecting workers’ rights, ensuring employment, housing, and improved quality of life.
