Hai Phong offers support for science - technology infrastructure rent

Eligible beneficiaries include domestic and foreign organizations and individuals implementing startup or innovation projects, or engaging in activities that support startups and innovation in Hai Phong.

The 16th Hai Phong People’s Council has approved a resolution stipulating the scope, level, duration, criteria, and beneficiaries of support for direct rental of science and technology infrastructure without auction for operational purposes at its 30th session.

Individuals will receive support covering 100% of the rental cost, with a total subsidy not exceeding 50 million VND per person per year. The support period shall not exceed three years from the effective date of the rental contract.

For organizations, the support will cover 80% of the rental cost, with a total subsidy not exceeding 300 million VND per organization per year. The support period shall not exceed five years from the effective date of the rental contract.

All supported cases must fully meet the conditions and criteria specified in the resolution, which will remain in effect until October 26, 2030.
