An art exchange has been solemnly held, reenacting the 80-year journey of struggle, construction, and growth of Military Region 3.

The art exchange program “80 years of Military Region 3 – Epic from the Red River Delta” solemnly and emotionally took place at the Military Region 3 Hall on October 27 evening, celebrating the 80th traditional day of Military Region 3 (October 31, 1945 – 2025).

The program was broadcast live on THP, THP+, and THP3 channels, and livestreamed on the digital platforms of the Hai Phong Newspaper, Radio, and Television. It was simultaneously aired by television stations of nine provinces and cities of Quang Ninh, Hung Yen, Ninh Binh, Ha Tinh, Da Nang, Quang Ngai, Khanh Hoa, Lam Dong, and Dong Nai.

Elaborately produced in a blend of art performance, reportage, and stage storytelling, the program recreated the 80-year journey of the Military Region 3 armed forces, from their early days of formation through years of combat and construction to their current growth.
The reportage “Epic from the Red River Delta” took audiences back to October 31, 1945, the historic moment marking the birth of the Military Region 3 armed forces, when sons of the Red River Delta rose to defend the homeland with courage and unwavering spirit.

Throughout the evening, reportages and performances were harmoniously intertwined, creating a seamless flow of emotions. Notably, the song “Continuing the story of peace” by musician Nguyen Van Chung was performed in five languages, Vietnamese, English, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean, conveying a message of peace, friendship, and integration.

“Epic from the Red River Delta” was not only a commemorative art program but also a journey of gratitude and continuation, where the past and present resonated in the sacred rhythm of 80 years of proud tradition of the Military Region 3 armed forces, echoing across the heroic land standing firm at the nation’s forefront.
