Vietnam Maritime University awarded first-class Labor Order

Minister of Construction Tran Hong Minh, authorized by the State President, presented a first-class Labor Order to Vietnam Maritime University at the first Patriotic Emulation Congress of the Ministry of Construction for the 2025–2030 term, held on October 24.
This honor recognizes the university’s outstanding achievements and significant contributions to education, research, and the development of Vietnam’s maritime economy.
Over nearly 70 years of establishment and growth, Vietnam Maritime University has confirmed its status as a key national institution and a leading hub for training, scientific research, and technology transfer in maritime, engineering, logistics, and marine economics.
The university currently boasts a highly qualified faculty and expert team, including many professors, associate professors, and PhDs, along with a modern and comprehensive infrastructure system that meets the requirements of educational innovation and international integration.
In addition, Vietnam Maritime University is a pioneer in digital transformation, aiming to become a smart and green university that closely connects the State, academia, and businesses, contributing to the provision of high-quality human resources for the knowledge-based economy and the sustainable development of the nation.
