Meanwhile, Pham Van Hung, born in 1967, is a family member responsible for venerating war martyrs. Hung and his wife both have weak health and are directly raising two young grandchildren with autism, relying mainly on the small-scale business activities of his wife and daughter for income.

The city Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee provided each household with 100 million VND from the “For the Poor” Fund to support the construction of their homes. The remaining funds were mobilized from relatives and support from residents of Hoang Thiet Tam and Tran Thanh Ngo 5 residential groups.

Speaking at the ceremony, Pham Van Lap said that these are two of 190 houses that the city Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee is supporting for families in difficult circumstances across the city on this occasion.

The construction of “Great Unity” houses is a practical action responding to the directive of General Secretary To Lam: “When people need support, the Fatherland Front is there; when people face difficulties, the Front is ready to participate.” The new homes are not only of material value but also reflect the care and solidarity of the city’s Party, government, and citizens alongside families in need.
