Startup investment connection at Techfest Haiphong 2025
Connecting investment for startups helps create a ‘runway’ for new ideas and business models, contributing to affirming Hai Phong’s position as a dynamic center of innovation.

The Hai Phong Department of Science and Technology held an investment connection event for startups on the afternoon of October 10. This was one of the activities within Techfest Haiphong 2025, the city’s biggest gathering platform for the local innovative startup community this year.
The event provided an opportunity for innovative startups to realize their fundraising goals, receive direct feedback from leading regional investors, refine business models, and expand cooperation networks.

Startups also gained access to management knowledge, product development strategies, and international market expansion experience, core factors for sustainable growth.
For investors and venture capital funds, the event offered a source of high-quality, potential projects, enabling them to capture emerging technology trends in fields such as artificial intelligence, marine technology, logistics, digital transformation, green energy, and smart agriculture, thereby shaping long-term and sustainable investment and cooperation strategies.

At the event, representatives from the Division of Technology Management and Innovation introduced Hai Phong’s outstanding incentive policies for innovative startups.
A representative from Quest Ventures shared insights into the venture capital market and the opportunities available for Hai Phong-based startups. Several startups also pitched their projects to investors and participated in one-on-one networking sessions.
