On October 8 and 9, the Hai Phong Association for Support of People with Disabilities and Orphans and Huong Tu Tam Club visited Nghe An, Thanh Hoa, and Hung Yen provinces to provide financial aid and share difficulties with communities affected by floods, while presenting gifts to war invalids, sick veterans, and orphans there.

In Tan Ky commune, Nghe An province, Huong Tu Tam Club donated 100 million VND to help residents recover from natural disaster losses and stabilize their lives.

The club also presented gifts to war invalids under treatment at Rehabilitation Centers for war invalids in Nghe An, Thanh Hoa, and Hung Yen (formerly part of Thai Binh province).

At Thanh Hoa and Thai Binh SOS Children’s Villages, representatives of Huong Tu Tam Club presented gifts to the orphans living in the villages, encouraging them to strive in their studies and life, and grow into responsible, talented, and good citizens.

The total value of this charitable activity was 225 million VND, reflecting the care, responsibility, and mutual affection of the people of Hai Phong towards fellow citizens facing difficulties across the country.
