1,300 billion VND Logicross Hai Phong warehouse project inaugurated
The Logicross Hai Phong project, with a total investment of over 1,300 billion VND, has been completed, offering high-quality rental warehouses with a total floor area of 85,700 m².

MV Earth Co., Ltd. held the inauguration ceremony of its Logicross Hai Phong warehouse project in Nam Dinh Vu industrial park on October 9.
Attending the ceremony were leaders from the Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority; Kagamoto Takashi, General Director of Mitsubishi Estate Vietnam and Chairman of MV Earth Co., Ltd.; and representatives of the Japan Business Association in Vietnam and partners.
Logicross Hai Phong is a modern, pre-built warehouse project located in Nam Dinh Vu industrial park. The project covers a total area of 150,968 m², including 85,700 m² of net lettable area across two independent warehouse blocks. The design allows flexible rental options starting from 4,400 m², meeting the diverse operational needs of tenants.
Designed to international standards, Logicross Hai Phong optimizes storage space and offers high floor load capacity, suitable for a wide range of industries, including heavy goods. The project is built and operated with environmental sustainability in mind and has achieved EDGE certification, an international green building standard.
Developed by MV Earth Co., Ltd. with a total investment of 1,328.2 billion VND, Logicross Hai Phong represents a key project in Hai Phong’s economic development strategy. It is expected to play an important role in enhancing logistics infrastructure, warehouse services, and goods storage, meeting the growing needs of both domestic and international businesses.
