The census focuses on collecting five main groups of information, namely identifying information, the sector and economic type of the unit; production and business conditions such as labor, assets, and capital sources; production and business results including products, revenue, and expenses; the level of science and technology application, especially information technology, digital economy, and e-commerce in business operations; and other specialized, in-depth information.

The data collection will take place in two phases, phase 1 from January 5 to March 31, 2026, and phase 2 from April 1 to August 31, 2026.

Preliminary results of the census are expected to be released in January 2027, and official results will be announced in the third quarter of 2027.
