Construction begins on Cam Van industrial cluster in Hai Phong
The Cam Van industrial cluster construction and trading project covers 34.88 ha in Hai Phong city, with synchronized, modern technical infrastructure.
HTM Investment Group JSC. held the groundbreaking ceremony for its Cam Van industrial cluster construction and trading project in An Quang commune, Hai Phong city on October 3.
The industrial cluster covers 34.88 ha, with a total investment of about 480 billion VND. It will feature synchronized, modern technical infrastructure along with ready-built factories and warehouses covering about 400,000 m2, meeting international standards for investors.
The project is located at a strategic position near the junction of National Highway 10 and the Ha Noi – Hai Phong Expressway, with convenient connections to the city’s transport and logistics infrastructure.
According to HTM Investment Group JSC., the industrial cluster will prioritize attracting supporting industries, advanced technology, and green-clean technology, creating a modern, sustainable, and environmentally friendly production ecosystem.
Once operational, the project is expected to host more than 60 enterprises, generate thousands of jobs, and make a positive contribution to Hai Phong’s socio-economic development.
The investor aims to complete and put the project into operation in the first quarter of 2026.
As part of the groundbreaking ceremony, HTM Investment Group JSC. signed cooperation agreements on land and ready-built factory leases in Cam Van industrial cluster with multiple potential clients, opening prospects for early filling of the project.
