Brilliant art program celebrates 1st Hai Phong Party Congress success
The art program ‘Celebrating the glorious Party – Welcoming a new era’ reflected the solidarity and determination of the entire Party organization, government, and people of Hai Phong city after the 1st Party Congress in the new era.
The Hai Phong Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Hai Phong Newspaper, Radio and Television co-organized the live television link-up program “Celebrating the glorious Party – Welcoming a new era” at the city Theater Square and the Xu Dong Cultural Center Square on the evening of September 27 to celebrate the success of the 1st Party Congress of the city for the 2025 – 2030 tenure.

Attending the program at the two venues were Secretary of the city Party Committee Le Tien Chau, Chairman of the city People’s Committee Le Ngoc Chau, Chairman of the city People’s Council Le Van Hieu, and Chairman of the city Fatherland Front Committee Pham Van Lap.
From early evening, crowds eagerly flocked to the squares, creating a grand festive atmosphere.
The streets leading to the center were brightly decorated, while the two venues were filled with the vibrant colors of flags and flowers, brimming with excitement.
In addition, millions of citizens watched through television broadcasts and digital platforms, sharing the joyful and proud atmosphere after the successful congress.
The combination of generations of artists, from leading names to young talents, brought a program that was both majestic and profound, yet full of fresh vitality.
The program featured advanced sound, lighting, large LED screens, and modern stage techniques, creating impressive visual effects. Each artistic act was not only a performance but also an affirmation of the city’s historical journey, present, and future under the leadership of the Party.
The song “Hai Phong rising” performed at the closing became an emotional highlight, wrapping up the program in an atmosphere of joy and confidence. The resonating melodies over the night sky of the city served as a reaffirmation of the spirit “Solidarity – Democracy – Discipline – Creativity – Development” of the 1st Hai Phong Party Congress.
