About 514,700 administrative procedure results given to individuals and organizations
Departments, agencies, and commune-level People’s Committees in Hai Phong city have recently given about 514,700 administrative procedure results to individuals and organizations.
From January 1 to September 11, 2025, the Administrative Procedure Settlement Information System of Hai Phong city recorded nearly 554,700 applications received, approximately 514,700 of which were processed and returned with results to individuals and organizations.
Most applications were in the fields of justice–civil status, land, natural resources–environment, and business. On average, nearly 98% of results were given to citizens on time or ahead of schedule.
At commune, ward, and special zone levels alone, more than 301,700 applications were received and processed, with online applications accounting for about 65%. Several communes, wards, and special zones recorded high rates of online submissions, including Hai An ward, Hong Bang ward, Viet Khe commune, An Quang commune, and Gia Loc commune.

Meanwhile, online submission rates at departments and agencies averaged 83%.
Alongside these results, the municipal People’s Committee has requested departments, agencies, and local authorities to take prompt measures to improve the rates of online payment, digitalization of and administrative procedure dossiers and results, exploitation and reuse of digitalized information, etc. to meet assigned targets and ensure smooth and effective two-tier local government operations, serving both citizens and businesses.
