In addition, clusters of convective clouds from the north are moving southward toward Hai Phong.
In the coming hours, these convective clouds are predicted to bring thunderstorms to communes and wards in the western and northeastern areas of Hai Phong, including Dong Hai, Hai An, Duong Kinh, Do Son, Cat Hai, Thuy Nguyen, Luu Kiem, Viet Khue, Ngo Quyen, Hong Bang, Le Chan, Phu Lien, Kien An, Chi Linh, Nam Sach, Nguyen Trai, Tran Hung Dao, Cam Giang, Hai Duong, Ke Sat, Nguyen Luong Bang, Thanh Mien, Gia Loc, Ninh Giang, Tu Ky, Vinh Bao, and others.
During thunderstorms, residents should be on alert for whirlwinds, lightning, and strong gusts that may cause trees to fall, damage houses, transportation works, and infrastructure, posing risks to human safety.
