An Duong ward to have 1,500 billion VND social housing project
A social housing project in An Duong ward, Hai Phong city has just received approval for investment.

The project will cover 1.8 ha of land in An Duong ward, featuring a synchronized technical and social infrastructure system, including apartment-style social housing; commercial-service facilities (20%); a kindergarten; green spaces, gardens, playgrounds; and other technical infrastructure, transport, and parking facilities.
The apartment buildings for sale, rent, or rent-to-own will be completed with basic interior fittings.
The total construction land area is about 5,215 m², with a maximum height of 20 stories. Average apartment sizes will range from 25 to 70 m². The first two floors will be used for commercial and auxiliary services.
In addition, there will be community living spaces, parking, and other functional areas to serve residents’ needs.
The project’s preliminary total investment is more than 1.464 trillion VND.
Construction and operation of the project are expected to be completed within 5 years from the date of land allocation.
The city Department of Construction has announced an invitation for investors to register to become the project’s developer in accordance with legal regulations.
