Facilitating operations in An Duong industrial park
Secondary enterprises in An Duong industrial park have called on the Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority and the investor to address difficulties in labor recruitment and further improve the park’s infrastructure.

Head of the Hai Phong Economic Zone Authority Le Trung Kien presided over a dialogue conference with enterprises operating in An Duong industrial park on the afternoon of August 20.
At the conference, a leader of Tham Viet United Investment Co., Ltd., the investor of An Duong industrial park, expressed gratitude to the city’s leadership, departments, agencies, and localities for their support in the company’s investment and development of the park.

Thanks to this, the industrial park has now basically completed its infrastructure, attracted numerous secondary investment projects, achieved a high occupancy rate, created many jobs for workers, contributed to the budget, and made practical contributions to the city’s development.
Secondary enterprises in An Duong industrial park also expressed satisfaction with Hai Phong’s administrative and investment procedures as well as its safe, friendly business environment. They requested specific guidance and updates on new regulations related to permits for fire prevention and fighting, construction investment, and foreign workers.

The enterprises also raised concerns about difficulties in labor recruitment and the shortage of social housing for workers, and proposed that the city introduce policies to attract human resources and expand affordable housing for employees.
Concluding the conference, Head of the city Economic Zone Authority Le Trung Kien emphasized that in order to maintain double-digit economic growth, the city in general and the authority in particular will always create favorable conditions and provide maximum support for businesses and investors with the motto “The success of enterprises is also the success of Hai Phong.”

He also shared updates on certain fields and powers newly delegated to the Economic Zone Authority, which will help shorten timelines and reduce procedures for enterprises. The authority has proposed that the city give priority in administrative procedures to enterprises meeting criteria such as making significant contributions to the city and complying with legal regulations.
Tham Viet United Investment Co., Ltd. is expected to continue attracting more investment projects, while enterprises in the industrial park are encouraged to expand production and business, contributing to the city’s economic growth.
