The project to build the bridge over the Thai Binh river and its approach roads as part of Ring Road I (section from provincial road 391 to provincial road 390C) has a total length of 2.5 km and a budget of over 1,228 billion VND. The project will gradually complete the Ring Road I according to planning, expand urban space, and connect wards and communes in western Hai Phong, thereby promoting socio-economic development of the area and the city.

The bypass road for National Highway 37, connecting Thong Nhat bridge, National Highway 37 with Ring Road I has an investment of 612 billion VND. Once completed, it will reduce traffic load on National Highway 37, while creating a connecting route from the center of Gia Loc commune to Ring Road I and provincial roads in the area, step by step completing the regional transport infrastructure and expanding urban development space.

The project to build the martyrs’ temple and the cultural park will cover an area of about 2.5 ha with an investment of 200 billion VND. It will serve as a place to worship and honor heroic martyrs who sacrificed their lives for national independence, expressing the tradition of gratitude of the Party, government, and people of the city. The project will also create a cultural and social development space, contributing to educating patriotic traditions for future generations.
