Hai Phong Labor Confederation and Social Insurance sign 2025 - 2030 coordination program

On the afternoon of August 18, the Labor Confederation and the Social Insurance agency of Hai Phong city jointly held a conference to sign a coordination program for the 2025 - 2030 period.

At the conference, representatives of the two agencies affirmed the practical significance and tangible results achieved from their cooperation over the past time.

Joint communication efforts gradually raised awareness among both employees and employers about social insurance policies, thereby attracting and expanding trade union membership, while reducing the long-standing issue of some enterprises delaying or defaulting on social insurance contributions.

Such coordination contributed to stricter compliance with social insurance laws and ensured workers’ rightful benefits, especially in cases of job loss, work suspension, or workplace accidents.

During the event, leaders of the two agencies formally signed the coordination program for the 2025 – 2030 period.

The two sides also agreed to jointly conduct specialized inspections on the payment of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance at enterprises and organizations across the city.
