As part of his working trip to western Hai Phong, on the afternoon of August 4, Secretary of the city Party Committee Le Tien Chau led a city delegation to offer incense at the memorial house dedicated to President Ho Chi Minh in An Thuong hamlet, Tran Phu commune (formerly Nam Chinh commune, Nam Sach district).
In a respectful, solemn, and emotional atmosphere, Secretary Le Tien Chau and the delegates offered incense and flowers, remembering and honoring the immense contributions and selfless sacrifice of President Ho Chi Minh for the people and the country.
The late president is a shining symbol of patriotism and revolutionary heroism, a brilliant embodiment of national virtue, intellect, and dignity, as well as the conscience of the era. His entire life was devoted to the cause of national liberation and social emancipation, bringing independence, freedom, and happiness to the people.

The Party, authorities, and people of Hai Phong are determined to uphold unity, leverage their potential and strengths to promote socio-economic development, and build a clean, strong Party organization so that Hai Phong will truly deserve to be the “exemplary city of our country” as President Ho Chi Minh once envisioned.
