Hai Phong Press and Broadcast Agency urged to promote unity, innovation for common development
Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hai Phong Party Committee Do Manh Hien has called on the Party Committee and Editorial Board of the Hai Phong Press and Broadcast Agency to promote unity, innovation, and creativity to fulfill their duties effectively.

On the afternoon of July 31, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hai Phong Party Committee Do Manh Hien chaired a working session with the Hai Phong Press and Broadcast Agency to review task implementation following its recent merger.
Presenting a report on the agency’s post-merger performance, Editor-in-Chief Pham Van Tuan said the Party Committee and Editorial Board of the agency had worked in solidarity and followed a transparent, procedural approach to restructure the organization and staff in accordance with the city Party Committee’s plan.

The agency has stepped up communication across political, economic, and socio-cultural sectors of the city through print, online, radio, and television platforms, ensuring timely, accurate reporting aligned with the Party and State’s guidelines, particularly regarding political events and city-level developments.
In his concluding remarks, Standing Deputy Secretary of the city Party Committee Do Manh Hien acknowledged and appreciated the agency's efforts in overcoming challenges and fulfilling assigned tasks.

He commended the professionalism of its reporters and editors, especially in covering the city’s major programs and significant events attended by Central and municipal leaders without errors, noting that the agency’s communication efforts have seen substantial innovation, aligning with the local context.
He urged the Party Committee and Editorial Board to continue fostering unity, innovation, and creativity to accomplish key tasks; continue reviewing and refining the agency’s organizational structure in an objective and regulation-compliant manner; strengthen professional training to improve the qualifications and skills of journalists and editors to meet new requirements; enhance both the content and presentation quality across all media platforms, with particular focus on effectively communicating key Politburo resolutions; and ensure comprehensive and more widespread coverage across the city.
