Hai Phong female police officer to join UN peacekeeping mission
Captain Bui Thi Dang Ha, an officer from the Hai Phong City Police, has been selected to serve at MINUSCA, a United Nations peacekeeping mission.

The Hai Phong City Police has recently held a ceremony to announce the President's decision on deploying an officer to join the United Nations (UN) peacekeeping mission MINUSCA in the Central African Republic in 2025.
Under the decision, Captain Bui Thi Dang Ha, an officer from one of the city Police’s professional departments, was selected to serve at the MINUSCA mission.
Colonel Le Duc Thanh, Deputy Director of the city Police, stated that MINUSCA is a new and the first armed mission in which the Ministry of Public Security has deployed personnel for UN peacekeeping operations.
For Captain Bui Thi Dang Ha, this is both a great honor and responsibility, as she represents the image of Vietnam’s People's Public Security force in an international role, helping to demonstrate the capacity of Vietnamese police officers in UN peacekeeping efforts.
Captain Bui Thi Dang Ha expressed her pride and honor at being a member of Task Force No. 6 – the first task force from the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam to participate in the international police peacekeeping force in the Central African Republic.
She affirmed her determination to fulfill the political duties entrusted to her by the Party, the State, and the Ministry of Public Security with excellence, and to help promote the image of Vietnam and its people, especially the admirable image of Vietnam’s People's Public Security officers, to international friends.
