Hai Phong People’s Committee Chairman presents gift to typical meritorious person in Le Chan ward
Chairman of the Hai Phong City People’s Committee Le Ngoc Chau wished war invalid Vu Van Binh continued good health and encouraged him to uphold the noble traditions and spirit of Uncle Ho’s soldiers.

On the afternoon of July 23, Chairman of the Hai Phong City People’s Committee Le Ngoc Chau visited and presented a gift to war invalid Vu Van Binh, born in 1952, at his home in Le Chan ward.
Accompanying him were representatives from the Department of Home Affairs, the Office of the City People's Committee, and Le Chan Ward authorities.
During his visit to Vu Van Binh, a class 1/4 war invalid, Chairman Le Ngoc Chau kindly inquired about his health and extended words of encouragement to him and his family.
Chau expressed deep gratitude for the dedication and sacrifices made by heroes, martyrs, and wounded veterans in the struggle for national liberation and the cause of building and defending the country.
He wished Binh continued good health and encouraged him to uphold the noble traditions and spirit of Uncle Ho’s soldiers, inspiring younger generations to study, work, and actively contribute to the development of the city and the nation.
Chairman Le Ngoc Chau also urged local departments, Party committees, and authorities to continue good support for families of war invalids and martyrs, and those who have rendered meritorious service to the country.
