Hai Phong has 8 new industrial parks
Hai Phong city now has 40 industrial parks in total, 20 from former Hai Phong city and 20 from former Hai Duong province, covering around 11,208 ha.

Hai Phong city has established eight new industrial parks since the beginning of 2025, with a total area of over 2,000 ha, reported the city People’s Committee.
The eight newly established parks are Trang Due 3 (652.73 ha), Hoang Dieu (245.03 ha), Ngu Phuc (phase 1) (238.6 ha), Tan Trao (phase 1) (226.79 ha), Vinh Quang (226.01 ha), Nam Trang Cat (200.39 ha), Nomura 2 (197.16 ha), and Binh Giang (147.9 ha).
The city also founded two more industrial clusters, namely Trang Due supporting cluster (58.75 ha) and Cua Hoat – Quan Thang cluster (45 ha).

The city also has 79 industrial clusters (19 from former Hai Phong and 60 from former Hai Duong), totaling 3,837.5 ha.
Hai Phong is currently switching Nam Cau Kien and Dinh Vu from traditional industrial parks into eco-industrial ones. These are two of the seven parks nationwide selected for the program “Scaling up eco-industrial park approaches to foster a circular economy in Vietnam,” implemented by the Ministry of Finance in collaboration with UNIDO and SECO.
The city is also studying the establishment of several new industrial parks, including Tran Duong – Hoa Binh (zone A), Thuy Nguyen, Cau Cu, Tien Lang Airport, Gia Loc 3, Nam Sach 1, and Thanh Mien 1, and new clusters such as Tien Cuong III, Kien Bai – Cao Nhan, and Quyet Tien.
