1,500-apartment Central Point Hai Phong project opposite new Political–Administrative Center kicks off
The Central Point Hai Phong project, developed by Kinh Bac Urban Development Corporation, will feature nine buildings offering approximately 1,500 apartments.
Kinh Bac Urban Development Corporation held a groundbreaking ceremony for its Central Point Hai Phong project in Thuy Nguyen ward, Hai Phong city on July 19 morning.
Located directly across from the city's new Political–Administrative Center, the project covers more than 47,400 m² and consists of nine buildings, with the tallest reaching 40 stories. It will provide around 1,500 apartments.
In addition to the residential units, the project includes a convention and exhibition center, a hotel, offices for lease, shophouses, etc., creating a modern, multifunctional urban complex.
Thanks to its prime location, residents of Central Point Hai Phong will have access to a range of amenities including a children's play area, a gym, a library, walking paths, dining zones, and an outdoor swimming pool, all designed to support a vibrant and healthy lifestyle.
Speaking at the ceremony, a representative of Kinh Bac Urban Development Corporation stated that Central Point Hai Phong is expected to contribute to the transformation of the urban landscape and enhance the quality of life for citizens. The developer pledged to devote all necessary resources to ensure the project is completed on schedule and meets quality standards.
