49 fruit tree growing areas eligible for export code granting

The Plant Protection Department has granted codes to 39 lychee growing areas of production groups in Hai Duong province
These areas are eligible to be granted 111 codes for export to China, Australia, Japan, and the US.
In addition, four longan growing areas in the communes and wards of Hoang Tan, Dai Bo, Da Bac, and Dong Chau, Chi Linh city, qualify for growing area code granting for export to Thailand, Australia, and the US.
A pomelo growing area in Thanh Hong commune, Thanh Ha district, has been granted a code for export to Russia, China's Hong Kong, Canada, Singapore, etc.
Five guava growing areas in Thanh Lang, Thanh An, and An Phuong communes, Thanh Ha district, qualify for export to the Middle East.
However, these areas are ineligible for export to the EU market.
Ameii Vietnam JSC.'s facility packing lychees for export to the US in Thanh Xa commune, Thanh Ha district, has met standards and qualified for an export packing facility code.
According to US regulations, the US Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service will directly inspect the facility in the coming time.
