Coastal areas, including Cat Hai and Do Son, are expected to remain dry, with sunshine during the afternoon. Temperatures will range from 27 to 32 degrees Celsius, with moderate southeasterly winds.

At sea, including the Gulf of Tonkin and Bach Long Vi, conditions are forecast to remain stable, with no rain and visibility above 10 km. Temperatures will range between 25 and 32 degrees Celsius.

The weather is expected to be favorable for production, daily activities and tourism, though residents are advised to take precautions during peak daytime heat.
