Ameii Vietnam JSC has exported the first shipment of fresh lychees of this season to the Japanese market.

On May 17, Ameii Vietnam JSC exported 35 tons of fresh Hai Phong lychees to Japan by air. This was the company’s first fresh lychee export shipment of the current lychee season.
The fresh lychees were purchased from export-oriented lychee production groups in Ha Dong and Thanh Ha communes at 40,000 dong per kg, about 20% higher than market prices.
Before harvesting, the lychees underwent quality inspections to ensure compliance with pesticide residue requirements.

The entire process of harvesting, sorting, processing, preservation and transportation of fresh lychees for export was closely supervised by Japanese experts.
This year, Ameii Vietnam JSC plans to export around 1,000 tons of fresh lychees to the United States, Japan, Australia and EU countries, up 30% from 2025. Each week, the company plans to export between 120 and 150 tons of fresh lychees by air and sea.
To ensure supply for exports, the company has partnered with growers to develop raw material areas covering more than 60 hectares. The company has committed to purchasing lychees at prices 15-20% higher than average market levels.
