Vietnamese Prime Minister holds talks with Brazilian President in Rio de Janeiro

Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh held talks with Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva in Rio de Janeiro at noon on July 5 (local time), as part of his working trip to Brazil to attend the expanded BRICS summit and bilateral activities.

Vietnam and Brazil officially established diplomatic relations on May 8, 1989. Over 35 years since the establishment of diplomatic ties, Vietnam-Brazil relations have been continuously strengthened and developed.
