The art program, jointly organized by the Hai Phong City Police, offered officers and local residents an emotionally rich night of performances.
The Hai Phong City Police, in collaboration with the Public Security Song and Dance Theater, staged a special art program dedicated to the city’s people and police at the City Opera House Square on the evening of August 15.
The event was held to mark the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day (September 2), the 80th anniversary of the Vietnam People’s Public Security (August 19, 1945 – 2025), the 20th anniversary of the All People’s Day for National Security Protection, to celebrate the success of the 1st Party Congress of the city Police, and to look ahead to the upcoming Hai Phong Party Congress for the 2025 – 2030 term.

With more than 60 professional officers and performers, the program was meticulously staged, harmoniously combining music, dance, and visual effects to create a seamless emotional flow.
The audience was taken on a journey through history and the present day with representative performances that evoked national pride and reflected deep love for the land and people of Hai Phong.
Expressive dance performances and the finale chorus “Brilliant Victories” brought the audience to an emotional climax, praising the image of public security officers, who are resolute, humane, and ready to sacrifice for peace and the happiness of the people.
Elaborately staged and grand in scale, the program left a profound impression on the public.
More than just an artistic night, the event conveyed a profound political and social message, affirming the determination of Hai Phong’s police officers and people to firmly safeguard national security and to build a prosperous, modern, and civilized port city.
