An Phu industrial cluster will be developed with synchronized infrastructure to attract investors in production and business.

Newland Investment JSC. broke ground on its project to invest in the construction and business of An Phu industrial cluster infrastructure in Tran Lieu and Kinh Mon wards, Hai Phong city on December 19.
This is one of 13 projects that were simultaneously inaugurated or launched in Hai Phong to join the determined and upbeat atmosphere of 234 projects nationwide marking the 14th National Party Congress.

The An Phu industrial cluster infrastructure construction and business project has a total area of nearly 47.4 ha, a total investment of more than 695 billion VND, and an operating period of 50 years.
Once completed, the project will create a land fund with synchronized infrastructure to attract investors for production and business development, create jobs for workers, contribute to the local budget, and generate momentum for socio-economic development in the former Kinh Mon town in particular and Hai Phong city in general.

According to the construction schedule announced by the investor, the project will complete technical infrastructure construction and put into operation the area allocated in the first phase before December 2026. By December 2027, the entire project will be completed. The occupancy rate in the 2026 – 2027 period is expected to reach 50%, and the project is expected to be fully occupied by the end of 2028.

An Phu industrial cluster holds a strategic position within the Hai Phong – Quang Ninh – Bac Ninh industrial region. The area is assessed as one of the strategic locations for industrial development, with the capacity to connect road, inland waterway, seaway, and air transport.

The project connects to National Highway 17B, with quick links to National Highway 18, National Highway 5, and the provincial road network in the area. It has access to major rivers such as Kinh Mon, Da Vach, and Kinh Thay and is about 25 km from Hai Phong Port, about 50 km from Lach Huyen deep-water port, and about 30 km from Cat Bi International Airport.
